Once an official BAP Babe you will be offered contract opportunities, provided free special event passes and an @BAPBabes.com email address! Permanent positions may be offered to staff who demonstrate a considerable level of involvement and dedication, including the type of work they perform and the length of time with the company.

Promotions
MediaRex is assigned to a major promotional contract monthly which require the distribution of promotional material. BAP Babes are encouraged to participate with these contracts, and are compensated based on a variable pay systems including many bonuses! The key to distribution is efficiency and our management educates the staff with strategic marketing methods and tools to maximize their income.

Modeling
Partnered with Cover Models Management, BAP Babes have the opportunity to work with the Ottawa's elite model scouting and placement agency. Maintaining strong connections with top booking agencies and some of North America's most prominent industry people, from photographers, to stylists, to make-up artists, the agency ensures maximum exposure for models in Canada and abroad.

Every BAP Babe will be introduced to Cover Models' executive to evaluate its potential to work with its company. Those who are qualified will be able to travel and expand on their portfolio or even start a new career in modeling.

It is important as a BAP Babe, to provide feedback to your manager regarding whom you have met, what you have done, where you have done it, and what they thought. This information allows our management to make the necessary adjustments within the company to improve the efforts and experiences of our team.
